how do i put summit a game?

After creating a developer account:
1.Add a game(for the android package name,use io.flowlab.Gamenamegameid)
2.Edit the info and upload your game’s .apk file
3.Click"Submit For Review"
4.Wait for the acception/rejection email
5.I got lots of rejection emails,but if you fix whatever they want you to and resubmit,you’ll finally be accepted
