Phantom imposter: can still kill people once voted out, to get rid of the ghost you have to do a special task with two other people.

Nah, Phantom is more like a parasite, but they can stop follow anytime they want and CD to do that is 10 hrs since stop following to be able to follow someone else. Anyways, still neutral role.
