Animating a background object - doesn't seem to work for me

Howdy,

I have a background object called ‘stars’. I have selected an animation for it called ‘My animation 3’. However, when I play the game it doesn’t animate. I made sure to refresh and it still doesn’t work. What am I doing wrong?

PS The animation for my character works fine.
