I plan on buying a yearly membership very soon. I have read the specs, but I am unaware as to if there are other agreements that I must acknowledge? Such as giving grazer credit (for flowlab?) at the end of the game’s credits?

You own everything you make, and you don’t have to agree to anything. If you decide you don’t like it, you are free to cancel your upgrade - you still get to keep any games you make.
But you may add a flowlab logo in your credits to help out
