Recently I was working with bundles with a large number of inputs when I tried to copy and paste one of these bundles. On the left is the bundle I copied and on the right is what happened when I pasted it:

Yeah the same thing happened to me. I tried deleting all of the input behaviors and replacing them. Then it started to work out.
While yes, this does work, it removes much of the convenience of being able to copy and paste and it would be much appreciated if @grazer could take a look at it.
