I have a button delay feature but since it uses a switch if you press the button right before it lets you press it again it just breaks and doesn’t let you press the button again
I also put an image of what I have set up sorry if it’s a bit messy

maybe try using a router or a toggle switch? I don’t know exactly what to do.

Wire the output of the Switch to its ‘off’ input after you set your Switch from ‘off’ → ‘on’. You can also use Destroyer behavior to destroy the button so you can’t click that button again.
I was able to figure it out it might not be the best method, but oh well. I basically hooked up a timer that is the same length in time as the button cooldown to the logic gate so even if it breaks it will eventually turn back on, like I said not the best method out there but it works and that good enough for me.
