Can a mobile device (IPAD) be used to develop games in Flowlab?
I have students using IPADs and we want to develop games using FLOWLAB…
Any idea?

I use one occasionally. The site and editor all work fine, but sometimes it is a bit hard to draw wires.

Well, I got a pen for mine so its really easy to draw wires. But safari can’t hold up most of the time so I can’t load in a lot of code or play really bug projects like HAKK3R 1 and any of Pixel Pizzas games.

@grazer @Mhx_Aîr the easiest way to add mobile compatibility is just to have a mobile edition checkmark box in the editor that grows the drag inputs and outputs and add a keyboard for typing numbers and variables. I don’t have access to a computer and it’s not phone compatible, so I’d love to see this cominh.

To sum up what most have said:

  • It is entirely possible
  • A pen can help with drawing wires
  • They might need an external keyboard
  • Sometimes big projects can be a little slow on mobile devices

Oh, too late, I flagged it before it was deleted…

I was going to say, I know you didn’t have that kind of ____ in you. So I figured something else went down. If I know that I wouldn’t have flagged it either.

¯_(ツ)_/¯
