Am I able to publish a game to IOS if I only have a windows computer? Thanks!

I don’t know about this one. Haven’t really published any games yet, but I would think that you could. Go ahead and give it a try.

But, I have no clue on how to do this.

No, you have to upload from a mac last I checked. (something about Xcode)
And it requires an Apple Developer account, keys, and other stuff, grazer can help more on that.
You can upload to Android from Windows once you get Android License.
I have done android, so I could help more with that.

It is probably theoretically possible, but it would be a massive pain. Your best best is to use a Mac, or borrow someone else’s.
