This is what I want:

Object A cannot collide with object B
Object A and B can collide with object C
Object C can collide with any object except objects of the same type

@Latif3 - can you add this to the feature request Trello card? I’m going to be making some physics updates soon-ish to support HTML5, and it might be something that could go in then.
