I think so but I don ´ t have enough knowledge on the topic of how flowlab acts.
But if it acts like code from other game engines then you might be able to add mods to it
but unlike most game engines the way you make games in flowlab is different so it just might not work.

I modded Cosmic Stranded once when I exported it but I only switched the images.
