Do I need an epilepsy warning?

im making a rpg and i have these cool star effect, but it might affect people
with elispys but im not sure look at the stars (not if you have elispys)
and tell if it could trigger elispys or not.
if they can i’ll be sure to add a elispys warning!

no you don’t, it doesn’t have flashing colors(it’s literally white) and it’s way too slow
