The first time was a success, I when I tryed to download the image (a sprite that I made) they give me a PNG Image which I can save to folder. However, the second time it wasn’t the same image, but instead the weird tile image they provide as an example. Please tell me what I did wrong.

No idea. I tried downloading the same image twice and it worked fine. Did you try refreshing the page?
