It’s just that the distance between the nose and the mouth is very small so it’s important to make them as close as possible no matter your art style. My art style has the nose up quite high but that’s because the dot that I usually put is supposed to represent the tip of the nose which is much higher than the bottom of the nose but when you draw the whole nose you have to keep track of proportion’s much more then if you just put a dot. If you want your character to look older there are other ways of doing it for example you could define the jawline more, make the nose just slightly bigger, or give them smaller eyes,:point_up::nerd_face:.

But from that reasoning, wouldn’t I just have to move the nose down because the eyes are at the correct level from the ear. Where you’re saying to put the eyes makes them too low. And she has a big nose for what I normally do.

Not really you’d still have to move the eyes down with the nose because near the top of the nose there’s an indentation where the eyes are supposed to fit.

Ok. Bionicle I know your trying to help me, BUT I’ve had people, who aren’t online people, tell me that the proportions are FINE. They don’t need to be fixed so please stop trying to correct my art, it’s really just annoying because I know it’s fine.

I really just post here to just share it. Not to get feedback.
