Ok, so the score will slowlay tick down and you have to kill enemies to refill it,(like the combo in pizza tower)and if you get hit it removes 15-20 points from your score (like in pizza tower) and if your score hits zero you die, as well as this im gonna add a deflect mechanic that allows you to send enemy bullets back the way they came, you can also deflect your own bullets to make them do more damage (like the coin thing in ultrakill)

Here’s a test game I made a while ago which uses tile sets for a top-down generated world.

I don’t know if you know what the game Core Keeper is, but it’s essentially Terraria but on a Top-Down game.

Anyway, I was inspired by the game, and I wanted to create a top-down tile set where blocks can be broken. The player has an invisible turret on them that aims at the cursor, so you click in a direction, and it’ll break the closest block in that. direction.

I honestly wouldn’t mind if someone used this idea to create a game around this, since I don’t think I’ll be getting around to it for a while. It’s kind of buggy, but I was mostly testing it for visual purposes than performance.

season 1 of mine isn’t unique but it takes a interesting turn in season 2
