Yeah Blockbench is used for Minecraft modeling and for some of the ACTUAL OFFICIAL Minecraft models.

How did you get the flat part here?:
On the hat and shoulders? I’m a big idiot and when I use blockbench when I try to make it flat it just makes it a pixel since the resize tool can’t go smaller than that.

A plane in 3d modeling context is a flat mesh with no height variable, you can add one from that little diamond icon in the bottom right corner in Blockbench I’m pretty sure
