Ember's art and animation club [OPEN TO REQUESTS]

It’s weird I see a lot of people using the slim model nowadays

I wanted to have Shoulder-plates, and last time I used STEVE size, I looked super buff. I want to look normal.

All my black entities are normal size.

I built and painted that model by myself. I spent various hours adding shading and depth to the model via paints of my own, painting 40k is no different than painting a picture.

Buddy art is subjective… Be a little more open [to correction] when your opinion might not be right…

I didn’t ask how to paint a model…

Thats not realy the point, the point is to allow you to see the creative process that makes painting 40k art

Why?!

Mainly to show that 40k is indeed art but i say we end the debate now before things get too heated

Like what John was trying to explain, Art can be expressed in many different medias, such as painting, digital, paper, modeling, etc.

I even consider 3D modeling a work of art, Pottery was an art course you could take in highschool, it revolves, not only around the creation of a 3D object, but also painting and putting a glaze over top of the clay.

Painting on a 3D structure is no different than a 2D plane, such as paper or a digital screen.

I tinker around on some 3D models and even 3D printed some off, and I consider that a work of art. Being able to imagine a picture or idea and bringing it into reality through various different means would probably be considered art.

Although this topic specifically doesn’t describe those other forms of art outside of drawing and pixel art being accepted, but I don’t think anyone so far has objected to it or previous posts over it.

You guys can believe and think how you wanna, we have our own opinions. I have mine, you guys have yours :+1:. My opinion? Art can be used as different meanings like dancing (I think) and stuff, I just thought this topic was for ar- drawings.
