Her name is Kioku Warui, and she’s a random antagonist I made in like 20 minutes.
According to google translate, her name is japaneese for “Memory Bad” which in reversed order is “Bad Memory”
Basically what her lore is that she’s like a manifestation of a bad memory, or trauma, and torments the main protagonist.
She’s always upbeat and cheerful, even if the subject at hand is the opposite. She also seems to lack any emotions except joy, sadistic, jealousy, sadness, and nostalgia.
While the protagonist sees her as annoying and parasitic, see sees them more as friends who haven’t seen each other in ages.
(Also btw this is for the OC contest)

First time drawing without mixels, and I have a question. This summer, I kinda like to draw some big pixel size then cut off and draw with smaller pixels, is it still counting mixels?

Pretty good. I would recommend decreasing the difference between the light and dark colors used for the hair:

often in pixel art people outline dark colors with light colors
Yes, but some of the other places where the same color is used are shaded with darker colors.
