I liked robots so I might choose the Warforged as a race and have him be a fighter.
Good idea! Fighters are the simplest class in DnD and I want this to be like a slightly watered down DnD

I’ll make a cleric if nobody ends up picking cleric since I understand how being a healer can be less fun than being in the front lines of combat.
Wait, are you going to use a weapon or just your bare hands? If you’re gonna use just your hands I’d recommend picking monk instead as they’re predominately focused on martial arts.
Most likely a weapon.

I’ve kinda already got a concept for a cleric but it’s okay if you’d like to be the party’s cleric.

If you’re interested, the concept is a Kobold with a thick Italian American accent who smokes cigars and loves wine, basically the complete opposite of a traditional holy cleric who refrains from indulging in his sins and vices.

I’m thinking of his unrightful excommunication from his church being the reason of his addiction to tobacco and booze. The reason he still has the powers of a cleric is because the gods still see a glimmer of hope in him, and his character arc could be about him becoming sober and returning to his church or something.
