If you all have phones, use Music Maker Jam, or preferebly Bandlab or Groovepad to make music. If on a desktop, Use Magix Music Maker. None REQUIRE paymenta but some packs on magix music maker and Music maker Jam you HAVE to pay for. Groovepad is similar, only you can just watch a 30 second video to get the pack for free. Bandlab is free.

@“Pixel-Master-Studios-Dev” you can upload sounds/music directly from your computer, but you must have a paid subscription. Otherwise, you can just use a link, but that link must have “.mp3” at the end, AND that .mp3 URL must exist.

I use beepbox (when I’m actually making music) Of course my music isn’t as good as this, but I have fun with it 
I use Soundation. In there, I drag some pre-made music in, mix things around, and then I come up with some okay stuff.

I’ve tried Chrome Music Lab. It sucks. Soundation is way better, although I’d prefer Ableton.
