How do I make a ability?(SOLVED)

This is what you did for the original firing system, but with a lower setting on the timer so it still fires faster, but at a more controlled rate.

I meant the cooldown for the ability so you have to wait to use it again.

The cooldown wasn’t working because I forgot to show that you have to turn the switch off
