How do I make the background move while the player is still?

Is there any possible way where I could make the background slowly move to the left, right, up, or down without the player moving at all?

If you fix a camera to the player and activate autoscroll it sort of looks like the player is stationary in the center of the screen. And everything else moves around.
Can’t check for example, on the phone right now.
But if I remember right I did something similar here:
