How to make an idle animation

i got the animation but i dont know how to make it so if you stand stil for 5 seconds, you do the animation

just start atimer to start the animation, reset that timer if you move

keyboard (up) → timer (out) → (play) animation
(down) ---------------------------→(stop) animation
