How to make it so that the player can't move until clicking the alert?

How do you make it so that you can’t move until have the box and dialogue has gone away, and you click the button to start? Right now in the game, the character is able to move before the alert appears.

-“Pause game” behavior in Game Flow
-“Enable/Disable” behavior in Properties

Try using one of those.

Neither seems to be working.
