Yes, if you want to use an mp3 link, it has to point directly to an mp3 file, like this:
https://mbird.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/12/13-Ringing-Bells-Sweet-Music.mp3
Alternatively, if you have an Indie account you can upload sounds directly into Flowlab instead of messing about with URLs.
