I had cancelled my indie subscription to Flowlab this past Thursday, and on Friday was charged again for the subscription. I clicked the cancel button again today after it said I still had the indie subscription.
Is it possible for a refund of one monthly payment of an indie subscription (monthly option not yearly) since it charged me again after I had cancelled the subscription once?
My email is at the footer of this page as well, but I agree that it should be more obvious. I am working on a change that will send everyone who signs up a “welcome email” with my contact info so that they know how to get in touch with me. Thanks for the feedback
