Make bad guy move on its own?

How do you make a bad guy sprite move on its own AND
How do you make it so that when your main character touches it you die?

There are lots of different ways to approach a moving enemy:

  2. a more complicated example where the enemy follows the player around: http://flowlab.io/game/list

A simple way to make the enemy dangerous to the player is to add a “collision” trigger to the player, and select the enemy as it’s target. Then just connect that trigger to a “restart game” behavior (in the game flow section). That will make the game restart whenever you touch an enemy. Later on you can expand that to add health, or lives, or whatever.
