Making a Basketball game and cant figure out how to add a dragable aiming mechanism

I’m going to be busy all day, but I’ll try to take a look later tonight or tomorrow if someone hasn’t already.

Btw this is just a rough outline I’m trying to figure out how to make it shoot good before I do the rest.
