My Game Has Health Overflow

When i pick up a med pack, and im on full heath, the health overflows, and instead of the 20 health, it goes to 25 without showing it. I want to stop it from overflowing.

Make it so when the Health bar goes over 100 or whatever the limit is it will set the health back down to 100.

If its greater than 20, the number should be 20.
