The best way to find ideas is just to think of two random things and find the best in-between solution. For example, wood and dragons. You could make a game about slaying a forest dragon, or you could have a wooden dragon statue. Anything in between. Just get two random nouns, the first good ones you can think of off the top of your head.
At least, that’s how I do it lol.
