Need help with dash

So right now im following galactian cool example of the dash particle. But somethings wrong. I need a 2nd eye to look at these code as the dash particle does not go away it just stays where it is.
This is in the player not the player particle. this is how it spawns the particle

Firstly, check if the timer repeats 6 times, also make sure the particle has no collisios.
