I would lower damage and increase spread. Since miniguns do have large amounts of ammo and even though it can overheat, it still takes a bit before it starts damaging itself. Plus, I don’t think it would explode but just cease up or jam.

oh okay, then the gun can just break, also I can’t increase the speed any further without making the bullets look like they’re teleporting

Spread. So, the bullets don’t shoot in a straight line. You could also add recoil where the gun starts to push you around.

Forgot to mention that I already made the bullets spread, I haven’t tested if it made the bullets look like they’re actual bullets yet so I’ll make the speed higher and see.
The recoil thing is a nice idea so I’ll add that tomorrow.

Looking at the costs of the boxes, I feel like grinding would be a pain, yet at the same time it won’t.
