My achievements dont work. Is there somethin wrong here?

Achievements can only be granted once. So if you earned it already, it won’t show up again. 
Seems like the leaderboard should show up, what’s wrong about it?
it’s dosent show up i go to the next level and it doesn’t give me the achievements
