You only need to do the outputs (You can do them one at a time). To know where to connect them the output labels will help. If it’s labeled “R” you would connect it to “Right Open” and “Left Closed”, “Down Closed”, and “Up Closed”.
So if you had RLD you would connect it to “Right Open”, “Left Open”, “Down Open”, and “Up closed”

Okay, I did as you said and now corners work, but not triples. I assume I need to do the same to somewhere else.

Okay… I redid some wires and wow. It’s not working but it’s really close. I have no idea what’s going on anymore.

I would just delete all the outputs and then reconnect them
