I was just joking @“The Kodex” - thankfully not much moderation really needs to happen. I made Mhx a moderator a long time ago because he was posting for a while and was always around to help other users and offer advice.

It was created in 2011 with rights, and he probably had the reacquire the rights after the expired, so he has to update when it was last copyrighted.
