Rotate button for image editing

Could we have a rotate button for editing sprites i.e. if you have a corner of a racetrack, and you wanted to have the other corner? You wouldn’t have to draw the whole thing again because it takes a long time to draw a something and u just need to flip it to have the other side (if you know what I mean) Please add this in @grazer
