Shellcreeper not moving :/ Why is the Shellcreeper (The KoopaTroopa Lookin thing)

The main reason is that the output of your Always trigger is connected to the set input of the Number behavior, which just sets the value. Connect to the in input instead, and the value will get passed through to the motor.

Here are a couple of other issues you may want to consider:

  • The shellcreeper has a rectangle collision shape, this will make him get hung up on the floor tiles really easily, maybe consider using a circle shape instead
  • The collision trigger used to change directions is set to collision with “Any” object type: this means touching the floor will trigger the flip as well. This probably isn’t what you wanted.
