Ever time i try to make a game i often have ideas that are too big ,and often end up not finishing it, That is why I’m making a simple short game that should only take 1-2 weeks to make, Its gonna be a platformer where your going threw a city looking for your lost hat, and your gonna randomly have obstacles in your way, and have be lucky to get past.
I like it! I struggle with the same problem lol, I have so many unfinished projects in Unreal Engine! I enjoy how simple it is. I should probably do this myself more often to help lmao. Happy coding! (and thanks for the idea to pace me and my ideas a little bit lol)
You’re walking to school when the wind blows away your ushanka—a precious gift from your crush, Mummy. Panicked, you must find a way to replace it before Mummy thinks you’re clumsy. With no mouth, you have to rely on digging through trash cans, begging strangers for money, and knocking on doors to gather enough cash to buy a new hat.
Coin Flip Mechanic
Every action triggers a coin flip that decides your success:
Heads: You get coins or something helpful.
Tails: Something bad or funny happens (e.g., you find trash, get yelled at, or get attacked by a racoon).
Actions
Trash Cans: Search for coins, but risk finding garbage or angry animals.
Strangers: Beg for money; some are kind, others are rude or weird.
Knocking on Doors: Try your luck with whoever answers—a helpful person or trouble.
Goal
Collect enough money to buy a new ushanka before school starts.
Ending
If you succeed, Mummy is impressed. If you fail, you face a funny but sad rejection.
