The controls work great on the ground and grass, but when you go underground to the purple level, moving left or right makes the tractor slide all the way to the end.

Is there a different kind of physics for different blocks?
Yes, you can set the physics properties of specific blocks by going to the Physics tab when you click Edit on that object.
Moving the Friction slider down will make other objects slide on that object because it has less friction. I think if you would want the tractor not to slide, then move up the friction slider on the ground for the purple level.
If that doesn’t work, there is the Material behavior.
