this is very innacurate, the super nintendo did not run every game at 60 fps, far from it for example, have you ever seen footage of the first star fox? that definitely doesn’t run at 60 fps, also the super nintendo was state of the art for it’s industry at the time, 4 gb of ram is definitely not state of the in it’s industry, also also, chrome is just poorly optimized

Starfox is an example of a game that was trying to push the SNES’s limits, so it’s not really a good indicator of how the average SNES game runs
But I do agree that Chrome is not well optimized

at the end of the day this is a meme that is not meant to be taken seriously, some games have an FPS cap, some are too powerful for the system they’re on, etc.
