There is an official Warhammer 40k shop, but they are outrageous.
I’ll just keep an eye out in thrift and antique stores.

I have been stuck on a highway for 3 hours… Traffic hasn’t moved. We had to take dirt roads to escape, the traffic was awful and the government didn’t even put detour or warnings about the shutdown of the road. The traffic line was a mile or so long.

That’s terrible, i’ve been in a similar situation (I think it was more like 2-2 1/2 hours for me) and it is not fun. hope you weren’t in a hurry

No lawsuit could be made unless the game was published, but as @meburningslime said the developers might be touched by the sentiment. I’m not familiar with the game, or its developers, but most studios aren’t that diligent when it comes to fan games (I’m looking at you Nintendo, not every fan-game needs to end in a lawsuit)

I only made one game clone attempt, and that’s my Terraria game. It’s still my most played and liked game. It’s not even that good, I guess people were just impressed because I think it was the first sandbox game on flowlab.
