I don’t want to get too religious as this could start conflict, but I do believe there is a God, and many other religions explain it similarly by describing a supreme being such as allah or others.
Some people believe that all religions are correct or there isn’t a God and you just reduce to nothing after death. I can’t say that any one is entirely correct or at least by my current knowledge. For example, you may say Christianity is false because God never speaks to his children like he does in the Bible through various means, although there is a reason. He does it because he wants us to believe in his word and in Christ.
I don’t have any physical evidence I can show you other than the Bible about Christianity, but I have seen the ways it has changed people and the communities it has formed. It may just seem biased under my opinion, but it’s up so you to believe in it yourself.
Like you said, there is no way of knowing if any religion is right. There have been many historical facts and evidence explaining Jesus Christ walking among us, but you could say he’s a false prophet like Judaism, and the real messiah has yet to come.
Or even Atheism, where there lies nothing beyond our life.
I can say, we may not know if God exists, but we also don’t have proof that he doesn’t exist.

And I’m not trying to enforce Christianity by any means, it’s what I know best from any other Religion and it makes a good statement when debating something like this.
Also it’s up to the individual to decide what they want to believe in.
I figured I’d say this before anyone got the wrong idea.

I’ve met way too many people who have a firm belief whatever other people think is wrong, and what they believe is right.

I think there’s more to it than that. He send Jesus, his one and only son, to Earth to spread the word of God and instructed the people that God would forgive their sin if they asked for it.
He died because of human sin and he died because of their sin.

Jesus chose to be around the worst of people like tax collectors and prostitutes and turned their life around to God.
Even his disciples were sinners and had done wrong, but he loves everyone the same.
