Grim reaper will win. According to the size of the two the user would play the grim reaper.

Is it still there? If so may I see i- wait, wait. No, this is off topic.
So basically, my boss only has 2 attacks:
- Firing a continuous stream of projectiles downwards
- Firing a wave that freezes the player if it hits them
So while you’re frozen in place, the boss can still hit you with the other attack
