Collision only activates once per time you touch the object. Use a proximity or ray cast instead…
A better idea would maybe make it so the collision attaches an object that goes through those alerts… would create much less lag.

In my Pathfinder campaign I ran last night, the goblin sorcerer was ambushed by a wererat. He did the most natural thing to do in that situation, of course, which is bite off and consume the wererat’s kneecap. He then promptly adopted the beast.
