I know, I was kidding. I’d likely use the pieces to make some sort of plasma ray gun, XD. Release one part of the ring and make a barrel, make a plasma restriction, and way to let the plasma go.

Technically, if you partially destroy one of these, it’ll act similar to a nuke.

Typically if a nuclear reactor were to have a meltdown it would cause a much slower form of a nuke. The same fallout would occur, but without the explosion.
