I don’t think they’re worth anything, but I had one from back in the day. I believe the one I used to have was green and black. I don’t know if I still have it or I just have parts of it, but I found a yellow and red one for only a $1 so I couldn’t pass it up.

unfair. why are all of my small ones (that are very short.) considered above 4 MBs and why is the limit only 4 MB?

You can upload gifs above 4mb to a hosting site like tenor or giphy and then link the gif from there, the link won’t even show up.

If you can’t or don’t want to use a hosting site like imgflip or the ones paisleypug mentioned, you can go to ezgif.com to optimize and resize the GIF to 4MB so you can upload it to the forums.
