I don’t like rap in general because it originated from a very bad origin and most rap songs usually degenerate women, pursuing pleasure, drugs and other very sinful acts, but yet a lot of kids like the music because it sounds like a radio advertisement most of the time.
There’s also Christian rap, but even though the message is supposed to be much better, the concept of rap music still doesn’t have a clean background anyway. And it simply doesn’t sound good.
New country music I will admit is about women, beer and pick up trucks. Plus it all sounds very auto tuned and almost very artists I’ve heard sounds almost identical.
Older country, like Johnny Cash, was peak music. It’s kinda slow and probably not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s a lot better than the music the current age pushes out.

After watching some gameplay of SCP containment breach, I just checked to realize there are a total of 4 different endings on the game. And one of the endings is where you get stopped by some NTF and then hear an audio log of a scientist explaining how it was almost impossible for a D class to survive every scp and make it out alive, almost like you had the ability to respawn and learn of every deadly threat. (Since it took the Foundation years and many lives to find out how deadly an entity was, just for you to solo every one of them first try.) Then you’re contained for further testing.
So technically, you’re an SCP during the game that has the ability to respawn and reset the world back to a certain point in time. Although a common game mechanic is canon in SCP lore.

True. Old Country was peak, New Country is this odd mixture of like a guitar and sometimes rap/pop that just doesn’t really make sense. Old Country also the music I grew up with so maybe I’m a little biased, but I grew up listening to my Dad’s music, which was old country, rock, and blues.

The only songs I ever listened to are video game OST’s and remixes of video game OST’s and then I listen to mostly Pikmin 4 Sountrack songs with my favorite being the “Tough Enemy Fight (Drumline Cadence)” because it’s absolutely fire.
I also sometimes listen to those fast classical musics because those are good too, but I listen to those rarely.

because they’re both mostly awful, only 2 rappers i enjoy are MF DOOM and Death Grips, only country singer i enjoy is marty robbins, both genres are mostly awful these days
