Local files on steam- click cybergrind files and then enter the music file and add a music file

Guys am i cooked? I booted up my pc and it says this and i cant do anything, i dont know what to do and im upset cause i possibly lost 2 years of memories and hard work. If anybody knows whats going on or what to do or if my files on the pc and/or steam games and progress will be saved please tell me.

Looks like it turned on, so itâs not dead. Maybe it failed to load a part of the system?
Have you tried reloading it?

Things You Should Know
- âNo bootable devices foundâ is usually caused by an incorrect boot order, broken master boot record, missing boot files, or a corrupt drive.
- Check the boot order in the BIOS. If that doesnât work, run the Startup Repair tool and scan the drive.
- Even if you canât boot into Windows, you can still access troubleshooting tools in Windows Recovery Environment.

Well I just found out that my computer has been set to Irish for the longest time. . . I think I set it to Irish back in 2020 and I just NOW remembered.
