First, if you want people to check out your topic, you just need to send a link here if not really important. For example, you find big bugs that stop you from completing your game (maybe), just create a bug report topic. If you want to make a topic about competition or challenges, etc…, make a vote in the topic to vote if people want to get ping for news in your topic.
Second, in case you don’t know how to make a vote or want to ping them directly, you should ask people first before pinging them in OTC, which is here. If you find people confused or blame you (or a random object flying toward you), you know.
I know, no one asked or forced me and I don’t really care about that either, but it annoys everyone a lot, just like I said. I’m done.

Ok, so yesterday, I got suspended because I hit someone on the side of the head with a closed fist for judging how I look. an adult saw so it was reported, but on the cameras (I don’t know why but they always make everything look worse.) on the cameras it looked like I basically knocked them out even in slow motion. surprisingly I only got 3 days.
(everyone I know doesn’t care that much because it was for a real reason, according to them.)
