Were you not using her alt secondary because you hadn’t unlocked it? I genuinely see no reason not to use her alt secondary, it’s so good.
Anyway, here’s how the 2 warbonds run ended, my hubris was my downfall, this build was definitely not built for Mithrix. I ended up getting him down to like 40% health on phase 3.
