I have less then 20GB of memory stored (I have 33GB max)
No I’m not running tons of apps, I only run Chrome, Youtube, and the file player (And sometimes Notepad).

If you haven’t used task manager before, use ctrl + shift + escape to open it or just search for it in your taskbar. If your computer is that laggy there is a reason, and it’s probably software unless you dropped your computer or something similar.
